Hi. Okay so I was wondering what this could be. Okay so I have discharge regularly and it is white and can sometimes be a tiny thick but mostly is thin. I have noticed when I’ve sex I’ve a lot of the discharge but it is thick. I was wondering if it could just be mostly the lubricant from the condom or if it sounds like an infection?
I’m supposed to be going to the gynaecologist soon but I am not sure if I should be going sooner. Anyone know what it could be? Thanks.

Answer:
If it smells bad - then it might be an infection. Otherwise what you've described is normal vaginal discharge. The consistency will change throughout the month, it will thicken when you ovulate and get a tiny whiter when you near your period.

When you have sex your body produces more discharge to act as a lubricant. All very natural. See your gynecologist sooner rather than later if you're having sex. You need to get some more information about how your body works.
