i don't know how to use a tampon.Can someone help me please some how to use one.

okay, well its easier to put some vaseline or petrulim jelly to make it go in easier, its easier to start it while your on the toilet so you can see where its going, then stand up, cause its way easier, then just push it in til your fingers touch your body, and then push that other thing in, yeah its gunna feel REALLY weird, not injured, just weird, but dont chicken out and pull it out cause once u get it in its owrth it. then pull the applicator out.

okay first of all get into a confortable position(either leg on toilet or on tub, or squatting down with legs apart) then put the tapon down at ur va-j. and push it in. (not stright up but pointed toward your lower back) then once ur fingers hut ur va-j(you know it is in far enough) and then you push the lower tube into the upper tube and pull out the applicator and the string should be hanging out. now change it each 6-8hrs! no longer. and if u feel it uncomfortable when you walk or sit it may be because you dont have it in far enough so put it in farther next time. so take it out and try a new one. =] hope this helps and e-mail me if you have any other questions.
