Never had this problem before. Until now. 3 years of non stop vaginal ifections, yeast infections and urinary infections. we’re both clean. shower prior, clean after. I’ve told him i think it is the semen, yet he’ll not wear a condom or pull out. the semen stays isdie for days. could this be the cause of all of these infections?

Answer:
yes it could. u might be allergic to semen. my mother is. and she is allergic to latex too. i know she told me she has only had problems with certain men but the physician told her this does happen to some women.

Answer:
no, it isn't the semen. that only causes pregnancies, and of course std's. a yeast infection is usually caused by taking antibiotics, or if you’re a diabetic, you also get them more often. now, urinary infections are also caused by diabetes, they can also be caused if the woman wipes herself the wrong way after urination. you are supposed to wipe from the urethra towards the anus, in that direction, and that way you avoid the possibility of accidentally transferring bacteria back into the urethra as you would if you wiped from the bottom up to the top. i hope i explained this well enough. anyway, if none of these apply, i would get the physician to check both of you out, just to be sure.

Answer:
Some men have higher PH (acidic) levels in their ejaculate and it can cause irritation. I had that problem with my ex… it would irritate me for at least a day or two and even itch if it hit anywhere on my skin.

I would ask him to please be considerate and either pull out or wear a condom, so that you don't have to go through such discomfort.

Good Luck!

Answer:
I would ask my gyno.

It sounds like his semen to me.

Answer:
You're not douching are you? Because if you’re douching at all, and especially if you are doing it frequently, that can cause those infections. Also, make sure you go pee within half an hour after having sex, this can help prevent urinary infections.

Also, are you on any medications? Because some can cause infections too (especially anti-biotics).

For most women semen isn't a problem, even when it does stick around for a couple days. You might be an exception, I really have no idea about that. But anyways, if he is unwilling to try wearing a condom for you to see if it improves the situation then you should tell him 'gee, then I guess we aren't going to have sex!'.

Answer:
dont use any harsh soap on your genitals, ever, it will def cause infections, my gyn told me that too and use only dove scentless..if you want to use soap. also, yes, semen can definately irritate you, so there isnt much you can do but have him listen to you….dont douch, ever. try to wear cotton underwear when possible, no underwear at night(unless needed), light on the lotion down there you can use a little cortizone cream if you feel very irritated but only use externally. sometimes your diet can effect you too. and the uti might be caused by the penis pushing bacteria into your uretha during sex, jut wash w/ water only after sex and pee right after too. hope i helped. good luck and i have felt your pain.
