Last cycle, my period came 10 days early. Other than this, my periods have always been every 30 days. I’ve also lost 5 lbs in the past two weeks, and felt a little nauseous. I had a tubal 8 years ago, so I can't be pregnant. I have an appointment with the doctor on Friday, but I was just wondering if anyone knows what might be doing this. Oh yeah, I am 30 years old.

Sometimes the menstrual cycle just screws up like that. No rhyme or reason. Maybe the physician can research for medical history further and give you a better understanding.

maybe your period is switching days. like maybe it might come on beginning or the end of the month
