I don't quite get it. I heard that you bleed when it breaks. And I heard that you may start to bleed when something has entered your vagina.

Can someone help me understand this?

Answer:
If your cervix breaks, you're in HUGE trouble. You could have internal bleeding or have your intestines enter your cervix. You would have to get the the emergency room really, really, fast and have some doctors do surgery on you.

However, you probably mean your hymen “breaking”. Actually the hymen stretches and tears, not breaks, and that might cause some bleeding. It's a thin membrane near the entrance of the vagina, so anything that enters of significant size will tear it. A tampon won't. Activities like horseback riding, stretching, or biking might cause it to tear because of the stretching in that area.

Answer:
You mean your hymen, not your cervix.

Hymen - a thin mucous membrane that absolutely or partially covers the opening of the vagina. Dictionary

So yes, for some girls when they have sex the first time and their hymen breaks they bleed. Not all girls bleed, not all have pain and not all still have a hymen by the time they have sex.

Answer:
What you’re thinking of is you hyman which is at the end of your vagina outside of it and it will bleed when it is broken. Your cervix is at the bottom of your uterus at the top of your vagina, it does not break it opens during child birth.
