I am currently in my teenage years, and have an embarassing issue. So here's the story… when I was in kindergarden, I started to “expirement” with myself. Yes, I started masterbating (guilty as charged). From kindergarden until about the end of grade 6, I masterbated constantly. During the course of those years, I noticed that my labia manora started to expand and grow bigger. At first it was on the right labia, then about a year later, the left labia grew to be the same size. They are quite huge now. I’m so embarassed. Please, I need some help. Is this normal? Was it caused by masterbation? Most importantly…how can I “shrink” them back to their original size? I am really worried doing “it” because of what guys might think. I also just want them small again so I have the ability to regain my self confidence. Please help me!

LoL, honey - every single woman is different. You'd be shocked if you saw the differences in labias and even breasts.
There’s not a rule on what it should look like. Be confident in yourself and embrace your differences. How much fun if every single person was exactly alike?
The only way to 'shrink' them would be to have surgery.
Do you know that in some countries women have to stretch their labias out until they hang to their knees? The men won't marry a woman that has small labia because it isn't considered 'normal' or attractive. Pretty crazy, huh?
Admire your body and enjoy it, there are plenty of men in the world that are so turned on by massive labia and they want women that have them. You have plenty of time, stop stressing!

I have huge breasts with large areolas (the pink surrounding your nipples) and I use to be soooo afraid that guys wouldn't like them because they weren't “perfect”. It is probably not the result of masturbation. It is probably normal for you. Many women have large labia. If you are interested in making them smaller see a plastic surgeon that specializes in the genital region.
