For the past two days, I have had some cramping in my lower left abdominal area. Actually, the pain seems to be located in my ovarian area. I awoke to some lower back pain and this cramping. The cramping is not consistent i- it comes and goes and sometimes throbs. I fell asleep last night around 10 pm and was awakened by my husband at 10:30 am this morning! I guess that I needed the sleep!
Any advice from anyone or anyone who has has anything similar (with given results) would be greatly appreciated! Oh, I had my period about 1-2 weeks ago. Not to be gross, but it was five days long and heavy.

Could you possibly ovulating? I know I get cramps when I ovulate.

im assuming that its normal; just yesterday i was crampy and really bloated, and i had my period about two weeks ago. it could be that we both get symptoms early.
as long as this isnt a constant problem, you shouldnt have to worry. dont fully take my word for it, but it just seems like a natural thing to happen to women sometimes, cramps.
