ideal bet is to go to a proper bra shop and talk to the sales girl. they’ll fit you with the correct bra and stuff. avoid padded bras and push up bras. generally anything that looks flashy or sexy will make em look huge. just go for your standard sports bra as they are designed to hold them in place and close to the body so that they dont bounce around and get in the way.
