Finding the right birth control is different for everyone. I've gone through about 4 different kinds and I still haven't found one I was totally satisfied with. Make sure you talk with your dr thoroughly about your options. This site should help a tiny in deciding the type you might like…

Answer:
If you’re looking for just birth control and not std protection birth control (condoms are the only thing that can prevent BOTH) Depo Provera seems to be pretty handy. You get a shot every 3 months and don't worry about it. You don't have to remember to take a pill each day. With nuvaring or the patches, you’ve to remember to keep track of the weeks and put a new patch on every month, put a new ring in every three weeks, take it off/out for a week and then make sure you put a new one on/in after one week of it being off/out, etc….. The shot? simple and it is effective immediately.
