I’ve major bloody periods with tons and tons of clots that go everywhere and I stay in bed 3-4 days when I have it because my legs injured to walk.

What pill has no side effects that I have the ability to use so I have the ability to have NO period at all.

NOTE: I also have a lot of depression and mood swings a week before my period and am in bed from fatigue, so I need something that I don't have a period.

I've had surgeries for polyp removals, but this still doesn't help.

I remember seeing an advertisement for a birth control that gives you just one period a year. There is no pill that has no side effects, but I've been on the pill for a while now, and have not experienced any side effects. The sever mood swings sound like PMDD, which YAZ would help, but it would still give you a period each month, but it would be lighter and shorter. It has a special hormone that treats the mood swings. talk to your doctor or gyno about the problems that you’re having, and they have the ability to select the ideal option for you. You can start the pill no matter what age you’re.

Answer:
There is no such thing as a pill that doesn't have side effects, of course, you may not experience negative side effects on 'the pill'. Many woman do not. You just have to try and see. There are a number of options for you to be able to stop having periods for a number of months. Speak to your doctor.

I wouldn't advocate Depo-provera since it can cause depression and you're already apt to depression and unlike other contraceptives (which can also cause depression) you can simply stop taking the injection. It's in your body for three months at the least.

Answer:
well im not sure if you’re talking about birth control im just assuming you are…but i know with the depo shot you dont have a period. but all forms of bc might have some kind of side effect. i know someone who had the major mood swings and depression around her period and the pill just made them worse so her physician reccomended she tried the depo shot…and she has been on it for a few years now and has had no problems with it.

Sorry love, hate to break it to ya but there's no such pill that doesn't have side effects. I advocate Norethisterone or something like that, google it. It stops your period for the amout of time you take them and then once you come off them you’ve a 'fake bleed' until your period regulates again. But I don't think this will resolve your issues and I'm not sure if this is good enough to be taken long termwise. Your ideal bet is asking your GP. Hope I helped :)

Answer:
If you have no period at all, the blood and clots will pile up inside you. It happened to me. I had no periods for many years, then the dam broke. I bled profusely, was bent over in pain, the only thing that helped was a hysterectomy. I don't know how old you are, or if you still want kids someday. A hysterectomy means no more kids, but it will also mean no more bleeding and cramps

You are going to need to work with your physician. Any of the pills can be taken continuously. Most physicians like the woman have 4 periods a year so they might give the directions of skip the inactive pills for 2 packs and take them for the 3rd. It's pretty common. When you don't have periods, you don't have pms. Birth control is very much like anti depressant medications. You really have to try them to find out if they work for you. What works for one woman here may not work for you…

Answer:
My Dear, first you should go to a Doctor, and explain to her ( or him ) as good as you ask us. He ( she ) will be able to help you find out the best for you. Don't do anything that could hurt yourself, don't take any kind of medicine without help. Besides how old are you anyway ?

Answer:
When you speak to your gyno mention continuous dosage. I was on desogen for a while and it gives you a choice to have a period or not. You can also try nuvaring that's what I switched to it's better.

Answer:
I heard from somewhere i can remember who told me but they said that some girl took a pill where she got her period for like 3 times a year and I heard she died from it they found a tumour in her brain

Answer:
I would recommend just a regular birth control pill. It's lowers the cramping, bloating, and shortens your period without causing risks to your body.

Cheers!

Answer:

Go to the physician!!Ideal thing to do!

Answer:
Technically, all contraceptive pills prevent you from ovulating, so the “period” you get on the pill, is not really a period at all…its a regular bleed timed in the same way a regular menstrual cycle works.

On ANY pill you can SKIP a period…you simply dont take the seven pills that are the sugar pills in the pack….this means you dont actually get a period.

Women sometimes do this for a special reason, - going on a holiday/honeymoon, or to make sure they dont get it when travelling or on their wedding day etc.

I think you should see a Dr - it sounds like you’ve a few things that would be best discussed there first before any prescription drug is given.

I do believe that there’s now a pill that can give you fewer periods and I am 38 and I take a pill that’s a low dose/ same hormone pill and I hardly get a period at all.

You need to see the Dr about it first though….perhaps your health issues are stemming from another reason and you need to get that checked out.

Either way, the pill can give you lighter, less painful periods, and certainly that is why some young women go on it…to assist with these symptoms. It might be the perfect solution for you - but go see your Dr first!!

Good luck!
