When do you ovulate ?

Author: admin

Do you ovulate (so they say , i know everyone is different) 14 days from the FIRST day of your last period or the LAST day of your last period ?

Answer:
start with the very first day that you start count to 14 and circle that day on the calendar……. if you are trying to get pregnant then have sex for the next 3 days starting on the day you circled…. if you are trying not to get pregnant i'd give it more like 4-5 days without having sex during that period

Answer:
Cycle day #1 is the day of the START of your period. Ovulation usually happens around cycle day #14 or about 2 weeks after the START of your previous period.

good luck!

From the First day of your period.
