Do wisdom teeth, and rest, eventually go bad, or can you have them forever?

I have all of my teeth wisdom included in, and my dentist advised me not to touch them since they're all healthy and functional. However do they eventually go bad, wisdom/and others, even if you brush them and take care of them royally?
Also, do the wisdom teeth generally create more problems than the others?
