Well, it depends. If you are feeling light-headed during exercise, then you should DEFINETLY stop. Yes, if you're body is telling you to stop (unless it's an emergency) tell it to keep going. It will improve your stamina a LOT. I normally run 2-3 miles a day to keep in shape.
