But,have you ever woke up in the middle of the night to do # 2 and you have some serious diarrhea going on and you`re thinking i am never going to eat again, because it kind of happens to me frequently and i wanted to know if i was the only one………who had this problem.THANKS
Answer:
I used to get this problem ALOT, but I learned to be careful of what I ate and WHEN I ate it. I will not eat dairy products 2 hours or less before bed because they made my stomach upset. So maybe try that? I think it's the amount of food you’ve in your stomach and what it is, as far as dairy, carbs, etc that makes you feel this way. Try eating a healthier diet in general, and stay away from carbs and dairy before bed, Hope this helps!!
Answer:
PS. chronic diarrhea is not normal. Get yourself checked for allergies by a physician.
A frequent cause is 'irritable bowel syndrome' which is often linked to wheat/gluten intolerances and celiac condition.
Dairy problems usually cause bloating and gas along with diarrhea. Report Abuse
Answer:
It's not normal for this to happen frequently.
Does it only happen in the middle of the night, or do you’ve diarrhea during the day as well? If it's only at night, then think about things you might eat for dinner that you don't eat during the day. There could be something that you’ve an intolerance for - perhaps dairy products.
Some foods, if you eat too much, can also do this. Too much fruit can act as a laxative, especially grapes, raisins, and prunes. Big amounts of sugar-free sweeteners can have a similar effect in some people. Other things like caffeine can irritate your intestines.
So take a careful look at your diet and see if there is anything you routinely eat that could be causing problems. Once you've identified any food(s), try cutting it out of your diet and see if the problem gets superior.
And make sure you get lots of fluids. Diarrhea can dehydrate you very swiftly and that can actually put you in the hospital if it gets bad enough.
Answer:
I think it's happened to everybody and it's likely nothing to worry about. That stated, if it's as frequent as you state, you may want to go to the physician just to be safe. At worst I'd say it's a case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (which has about 1,000 known causes and 1,000,000 as of yet, undiscovered causes). At best, you're just eating weird stuff/at weird times/have weird bowels. Might as well get it checked out.
Good luck!
Answer:
It's happened to me, but not regularly. You may have IBS, and might need to change your diet a bit. Check with a physician, or dietitian.
