a friend of mine has been taking a lot of valium for the past 8 weeks. she has been mixing this with cannibas and cocain ( on the odd occasion) she has 3 kids, all under 7 years old.

She has recently stoped speaking these drugs apart from the cannibas and is going slightly mad! i am not niave about drugs, but does 8 weeks of taking valium really make you this bad?

she’s very confused, you can tell her a story and she will answer you with a non relivant answer

she isnt eating and barely drinking

taking hot and cold flushes, cant sleep, crying all the time, snapping at everyone.

she has been of college for 2 months whilst taking all these drugs and now has been let back in, and has been let away with a lot but still is very upset and confused.

my question is was this just valium? i have seen my ex sister in law behaving like this but that was with years or herion abuse, and im wondering if she was been takig ore than she is admitting to.

her 3 kids hav been living with her mum since christmas, she sees them about twice a week.

Answer:
Yes she’ll gain a depenecy on the drug in a short time. Some of the side effects could be withdraws, headaches, lack of judgement, cravings, change in eating habbits, emotional mood swings (yes even men might get this), weight loss and even a lack of sexual interest. It might take months for her to detox on her own without the right help. side effects could be simular with heiroin, and meth. I was with me.

Answer:
if shes been taking valium like in huge doses for those 8 weeks she needs to see a doctor and get prescribed weaker and weaker doses. its hazardous to just come off valium. can result in heart problems

Answer:
She needs a proper medical detox. How can she study and look after children too in that state?
