Hi there..
I think you should go to exercise and REALLY workout so then a hot shower would do the trick.. You'll fall asleep before your head hits the pillow :)

If you don't feel like exercising, just try to make it through without sleeping for one day.. And before 7 PM, you'll be in bed.. Then you can adjust your bedtime as you’ll..

Personally, I use Lipton Tea, they have something called “Quiet Night”.. It really helps..

Hope it works out for you..

Answer:
The Best way is to take sleeping tablets

Night Nurse is the best way to get sleep. Drink 1 spoon and you’ll fall asleep. Night nurse does not form illnesses. I always drink it when i am not felling sleepy

Another way is to Start to watch movies and then keep watching the movies until you fall asleep

Also how is your bed, is it comfortable?

As me love try night nurse and you will feel asleep, and you will not wake up early in the morning

Answer:
I read somewhere that you need to go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time, regardless of if you're still tired or not. Eventually, you'll begin to fall asleep at a regular time . .. . once this happens, it takes three days to generate a pattern.

Answer:
have you tried just going to bed a tiny sooner? Your body is use to staying up going to bed to soon will not rest well. Try staying up but go to bed a tiny earlier each night. Then in time you will be at the time you want to be going to bed.

Answer:
take a bath a have a warm drink and watch a bit of tv in your bed and you should drift off. i hope it gets better.
