What can I do to rest?

Answer:
Basically you need to make you mind think of something else that is not related to the “thing” that is making you mad. Since you know yourself better than me, try to play games, watch a Television show, eat, run, whatever you enjoy doing when you’ve nothing better to do.

If nothing of that works… get yourself a pillow, get a kitchen knife and stab the bastard to death!


Answer:
You ask to relax, just free your mind lay down and loosen your body & joints and close your eyes, think of happy moment and sleep.

The yoga method is sit up with crossed leg and hold your palm and take regular breath in & out. Then focus your two eyes on the nose tip and concentrate to free all thinking. After a while, around 20mins, all will be blank and you can be yourself to do what you want.
