Whats wrong with me?
Answer:
Oh bless you sweetheart, i know exactly how you feel!! I’ve been there..
You need to get to your Doctor pronto, it sounds like you have dpression. Not wanting to get up of a morning, not wanting to leave the house, not working!!
He/she might prescribe you some anti-depressants unless you can pull yourself from under this black cloud. You must force yourself to get up, go out see your friends, go to the job centre and look for a job, even if it's just part time or weekend work, it's something. I do hope you feel better soon, i really sympathize with you.
Contact me if want to talk further, and/or need advice, i can help, after all, i have had first hand experience..
Answer:
Did something happen recently that upset you, or are you just really fatigued? If you feel like this a lot, you might want to see a psychiatrist. One of the symptoms of depression is just wanting to sleep or even just lie in bed and not deal with life. Sometimes when I feel this way I find it helpful to go out and be with other people, even if I don't really want to - it keeps me from being too introspective and helps to keep things in perspective.
Answer:
Figure out what makes you happy and what you want/need. Figure out how to get those things. And figure out what you can do instead of those things if they don't work out that you’ll be OKAY with. Find someone to talk to about what's happening. If no friends/family are available, find a doctor. Also, do you drink enough water? Dehydration can make people feel crappy.
Answer:
Depression can lead to sleeping more to escape problems and because of the “what's the point of being awake” feeling
