I'm 13 and weight like 75Lbs and so skinny HELP PLEASE

Do NOT start eating junk food to gain weight! That’ll put the wrong kind of weight on you! You want to weigh a bit more, not be fat, right? Look around and see how many children are overweight from eating that kind of food. You don't want that for yourself! Sugary drinks will make you fat too and make you lose your teeth… how adorable is that?

Start eating nuts throughout the day, they are high in calories and very healthy for you. Grab those dollar packages and eat two a day and it will slowly put weight on you, which is what you want.

At this young of an age, if you start using the protein shakes, you'll end up fat by 15.. i mean really fat. Like 200 pounds fat. You don't want that!

Another great source is milk. Ask your mom to buy you a half gallon of whole milk and add in two 8 oz (1 cup) of milk per day. Healthy for the body and will help you gain slowly.

Don't push too much food down yourself. Again, you don't want to be fat in a year or two from now. In the end, your body will change on it's own. You'll hit puberty and wham, it will happen. You'll begin getting more massive. There's no way to make it hit sooner and can take some guys up to the age of 16 or 17 to hit.

Rest and don't try to hard right now. Just add in the nuts and some milk. But your body is sitll probably small because it isn't ready to get more massive at this exact moment. Most boys hit pubery before age 14, so be patient! Most kids your age are waiting and want it to happen already!

Just be happy for the healthy body you’ve now. Know how many children out there want to weigh less than they do now??

The peoples who say eating is the way to gain weight are so WRONG!!!!

You need to eat a balanced food plan, yes!! You need to drink adequate water and other liquids during the day, Yes!!

But to gain weight in a good way, you need an exercise plan to build good muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat does. The people who state you should over eat or eat lots of junk food to gain weight are just going for fat weight. That’s not what you want to do.

So if you can get your parents to do a gym membership, speak to the trainer and work hard!! Don't do the steroid thing, that’s not good health. Just hard work on the cardio and the strength training part and eating properly.

You will grow up to be a very fine person, eventually.

Eat more calories then you burn. Like state during a normal day you burn 1500 calories, you would need to consume more than that to gain. Once you have reached your target weight, to maintain it, burn the same amount of calories you consume. Talk to your physician about the best way to go about doing this.
