I’ve been having terrible headaches for several months, I'm going to the doctor in a few weeks to speak about them, but in the mean time, what do you advocate I do when I get one. I sometimes get nauseated, but it is mostly on the top of my head and the bridge of my nose. I have one now, and they keep interferring with my life. I’m under a lot of stress, that’s probably where there are coming from. Any ideas on how to cope?

Answer:
It could be from sinus pressure…. try a decongestant and see if it helps… have you tried Excedrin migraine? it has caffeine in it that helps relieve them.

I had to get a lot of tests run a few years ago, and I ended up taking immetrex for mine - which really helped.

There are food triggers too for headaches - you may be really surprised to see that something you eat frequently is causing it and you don't realize it.

Do a google search and see what comes up. I have the ability to remember onions, tomatoes, chocolate, aged cheeses and things like that were on the list.

Answer:
I had the same incident. Since I couldn't tolerate it anymore, I went to the Emergency room to get it checked out. More likely, you're under some stress.

Answer:
try smoking some marijuana, it'll help you with the stress and nausea, while providing some pain relief at the same time.

hope you feel better buddy
