i am 13 and my heart will just start pounding and going at a rapid pase randomly.. is there something wrong with me?? please help

It could be from anxiety or a problem with a node in the heart. There’s medication to help either problem and a way to repair the heart by treating a node if that’s the problem. Get some rest and don't worry. See a physician and you’ll be fine.

I would suggest talking to your physician about it. A sudden racing and pounding heartbeat is usually not a normal thing without outside stressors
