I'm tired all the time, even after 10 hours of sleep. My muscles are sore and I'm tired. I'm only 20 years old. What could be causing this? Thanks.

Lots of things. Superior get to your physician for a check-up & some blood work. How's your diet? Do you eat junk? How about fruit? Try some bananas & citrus daily. Orange juice is available with added calcium & vitamins which tastes great. Maybe you could start taking a good multi-vitamin/mineral tablet or capsule. Check out GNC. But first, go to the doctor & get the bloodwork done. Thyroid check, iron, all that stuff. Your doctor will know what to order the bloodwork tested for. Hope you follow through & feel superior soon.

It could be any number of things, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, mononecliosis, a chronic infection, anything. You need to go to a physician and get a physical and blood tests.
