I dont think this makes any difference but i'm asain,
with astigmatism, and I just went to the Eye doctor this day
to talk about getting contacts…
Mine have to be weighted or hard contacts and
it might take 3 tries just to see for the right contacts…

Do you think I should try it?
I want contacts but I dont want to pay $200
for everytime I’ve to try new contacts for
JUST THE FITTING.

Do you think I should try it anyway?
I dont want to waste money if its not gonna work.

Idk just tell me how contacts work for you and everything.
I want to know what you know:)

Answer:
It is totally worth it. I’ve astigmatism and I use toric lenses. Unlike what another answerer stated, you cannot just use regular contacts with reading glasses. It does not work for people with our eye problems. I say check it out and see how you like them. They really are astonishing, and you’ll see much better with them on.

Answer:
First of all find a doctor, who will fit you with semi-soft contacts there in his/her office. The trial and error part can take place using the samples that manufacturers give to all optometrists. If the doctor is charging you for each “fitting” then, that physician is ripping you off.
Also, it is important to take into account the severity of the astigmatism when considering contacts. A good physician will take good and reasonably priced care of you.

Good luck.

Answer:
That sounds kind of odd. I have a an astigmatism and I use Dailies toric soft lenses. They cost like 160 I think for a 3 month supply. You should try and ask your eye physician about them.

Answer:
get regular contacts and use reading glasses. I have contacts in right now and I don't need reading glasses on my laptop.
