so if i eat like tons of carrots would my vision improve
right eye:-2.50
left eye:-2.25

Answer:
Not just carrots, eat a good amount of healthy veg and fruit, and meats. Carrots do however contain vitamins that aid your vision though, but for the best possible eyesight you need:

1.To be lucky and have some good DNA.

2.To USE your eyes for things other than a pc screen. Go out when It's dark and let your eyes adjust sometimes.

When your on the street for instance, taking your dog for a walk, concentrate on things that are close, and then things that are far. Your eyes will have to adapt, and strengthen.

3. Don't over do it. Remember, your poor eyes have feelings too, go easy on them, they are always in use.

—MOHAWK OUT!

Answer:
no. eating carrots (or not) will have zero effect on your myopia or prescription.

Answer:
Carrots can help your vision if you took a knife and carved the carrot into 2 really thin contact lenses. Just insert into your eyes and see superior! Would probably look a bit freaky though.

Answer:
it wouldnt exactly improve but your eyes just wouldnt get worse as quickly. and it would take ALOT of carrots.
