I have some fire belly toads, each time i clean their terrarium, my eyes feel dry and tired. i don't know if the toxins or whatever are affecting my eyes. The thing is i clean their waste daily so i have to get near them, and when i do that my eyes feel dry and tired.

Information about them just says not to handle them if you have cuts on your hands, and to always wash your hands thoroughly after touching them or cleaning the tank.
But there’s no mention of them being toxic enough to cause any serious health hazards.
I would think that if eye problems were possible, there would be lots of warnings about them at the sites that discuss the care and feeding of them.
