Answer:
When on the computer:

-Take breaks every 20 minutes and look across the room for 20 seconds.

-Have your personal at least arm's length away. If you have a desktop and can move it a tiny further away, that would be superior.

-Make sure your screen isn’t too bright and there is no glare on it.

-Have your room lighting the same brightness as the screen–basically have lights on.

-Have the screen slightly below eye level.

-Remember to blink often or use eye drops to keep your eyes from drying out.

-Make sure to have good and comfortable posture to avoid neck and shoulder pain.

Look up “Computer Vision Syndrome” for more information. Computer screens can cause eyestrain, headaches, and fatigue but don’t cause permanent damage to the eyes. If you still have blurry vision after you take a break from the computer and try these recommendations, you should see an eye physician to make sure you don't need glasses or have another problem.

Answer:
Ok… try this change the hertz on your monitor right click the desktop hit properties last tab to the right, an go to monitor/display and change it from 60hz to 70hz or 72hz… this help the refresh rate on the screen, and you might not see your monitor flicker if your using a CRT….LCD is most preferable.. Don't deny the doctor's office or glasses you might even have something serious, than just blurry eyes….

Answer:
I’ve a condition which makes my vision blurry and my optic nerves are swollen.I have pressure in the head and nothing(apart from having a lumbar puncture, this is where they take fluid from your spine(using a needle))can help it.There is a possibility that i could go blind either rapidly, gradually,or maybe never.Just get your eyes checked out.No one knows what caused the condition i have but better being safe than sorry,so go for a check up,good luck.

Answer:
why can't you go to the eye physician and have glasses? your health is really important. Eye tests dont just test if you need glasses they test the health of your eyes too (several brain tumors have been found where i work!)

you cant 'restore' your vision! It doesnt work like that!

Superior to be safe than sorry… go and get your eyes tested.

Answer:
Best advice is to go and have an eye test. Then visit your physician for a check up. Preferably leave the personal game alone for a while. I suspect you have major eye strain and will need glasses to continue the personal gaming.

Answer:
I know this is true for video games, I'm sure its the same or similar when on the computer: For every 1 hour you play, take a 10-15 minute break before starting your next hour. It gives your eyes a break from strain.

Answer:
First you should try staying away from the personal as much as possible or at least less. You wouldn't have to give up the personal forever. Like if you spend 2 or more hours a day on your computer then try only 15-20 minutes a day on the computer for about a week and see if your vision improves or not. If it improves continue doing the computer up to an hour a day or until you eyes start hurting. Also on the personal if you are going to spend a long time on the computer then take small breaks every 15 minutes. Also make sure you get good nights of sleep. After about a week of the short computer time routine go to the eye doctor if your problem hasn't improved.
