what kind/brand of soap do you use before you handle contact lenses?

I use Dial Complete foam. I like the foam soap because it rinses off your hands easily.

Just regular Suave liquid soap that's unscented and doesn't have any added moisturizers. It doesn't really matter that much, but if it's important to you, check this out:

I personally just use the antibacterial unscented kind, not any particular brand though.
