Will it injured your eyes?

Answer:
Damage them, no. You might get a headache.

The polarised versions with both lenses looking grey will just act as Sunglasses, with some slightly odd lustre effects on water reflections etc.

The Red/Green ones will also give slightly odd colour vision effects, but your eyes will at least partially adapt to them after an number of minutes (leading to a corresponding temporary “after-effect” colour distortion when you finally take them off.)

Answer:
It won't injured your eyes. It just might make your perception a tiny strange. My brain and eyes do not process 3D movies correctly so I’ll see two images on top of each for most of the 3D effects and they never really pop out at me.

Answer:
It doesn't injured your eyes or damage them. It just helps the motion picture seem like it is real/ poping out at you. That's all nothing bad.
