I work on a personal, so I'm stuck looking at the computer screen all day long, and now my vision is getting blurry and my eyes injured. I can't quit my job and I can't stop working on a personal, but are there any other things I have the ability to do to help?
Answer:
yeah dude. Your computer is a sourc of light. Looking into it for to lonng is like staring into a flashlight. However. Go to your default settin and turn down the brightness of your computer. Thats should help somewhat
Answer:
Have a small travel-size saline bottle with you(eye drops) and use periodically(every 30 minutes or so). Also it dosen't hurt to take a break sometimes and stretch your eyes. One excerise would be to look at you finger and move you finger towards and back. This helps to 'excerise' your eyes so they aren't strained by staring at a screen all day.
Answer:
Make sure that you are looking down at your personal screen at a 15-degree angle. Each 30 minutes try to look at some far objects/people for 10 seconds - outside the window, somebody pretty, etc. Adjust your computer screen to have more massive icons/characters. Have your eyes checked, too - you may need to wear an eyeglass. if your computer screen's kinda old, request your employer for a high-res screen (but don't make the icons in the screen very small).
Answer:
It has a name! It is called Personal Vision Syndrome! Go to your eye doctor and have an exam and they have the ability to tell you if you have it and what would benefit youthe most. Soempeople need an Rx, some just need exercises! It is rather common and easily treatable!
Answer:
same thing happen to me and now I’ve to wear glasses. My optomotrist said that it's just strain and for example if I was to go on vaation for 2-3 weeks, my vision would start to return to normal…
Answer:
You’ve eye strain. The slang term is college myopia.
You need to blink more often, take more breaks, and keep good posture. Visit an optometrist this week and see if he suggests reading glasses.
Answer:
Work on something else like if you have papers or something to do, then go back to working on the personal.
Answer:
Take a break whenever you begin going blurry. If you continue to have problems, get a new job.
Answer:
You should see an optician and get glasses probably
Answer:
