i know I’ve ADHD, but i wonnder if i have bipolar also. I dont get mood swings i just can be sad on rainy days or when there’s no sun or if i feel bad about something i did or didn’t do well on a test or i look bad. Also i don’t flip out at all usually at my sisters since they obviolsuy get me annoyed easily, but somtimes…. i tend to rember bad memories easily and i usually consider something else to get my mind off what i was thinking since i usually cant let go of the past. But, i am hypersexual well im only 17 and and do what guys do a lot if u now what i mean. I’m sensative easily, but also look for fights with people i do not like at all but they tend to humiliate me. I’m hyper, cant sleep easily since i think to much about girls lol, i do have a mood swing only if bad things happen like as i said before bad test i usually get A's, bad weather, teased, didn’t talk to a girl i wanted to speak too, when i am nervous about taking a test i am qiuet, also when i am alone sometimes instead of going to social events wich i usually do i get a tiny sad and upset since i am misserably bored. I do spen money, but on only things i want usually clohthing, colored contact enahcers, but i am metrosexual so i cant go to the mall and not buy something i ussualy buy a shirt for myself.
so do you think i have ADHD alone or do i also have bipolar type 1 or 2
Answer:
Did a mental health professional diagnose you with ADHD? According to what you wrote, you don't fit into that category very well. You can take a look at the following site:

Everyone has good days and bad days, good moods and bad moods. It's part of being alive. As you stated, everyone at your age is hypersexual. You just seem to be a little moody and over-sensitive. I was the same way when I was 17. It doesn't sound at all like you have bipolar disorder. You can look at the following site. It mostly describes bipolar I (the kind with full blown mania). It doesn't say much much about bipolar II (with hypomania). People with bipolar II swing between sometimes very deep depression and a much milder form of mania, called hypomania.
If you feel really upset for a while, see if there’s a school counselor or other kind of therapist to speak to. Sometimes just talking about your problems makes you feel better. Counselors can also give you advice on how to cheer yourself up.
It doesn't sound at all like you need medication (unless you’ve more ADHD symptoms than what you wrote about). You might have a mild form of depression, but it does not sound so bad that you need medication for it. So I suggest you don't talk about these feelings with a physician (unless you begin feeling much worse). Most physicians think that almost everything can be solved with pills, pills, pills. Speak to a counselor or therapist before resorting to medication. I wish you well.

Answer:
I think you might have a type of (small type, if any) of Bipolar 1 Disorder, or Bipolar NOS (not otherwise specified). Because I am probobally Bipolar 2, and you don't have many of my symptoms. Please see a Doctor or go to a hospital (please not I am no Doctor)
Answer:
just probably AD HD alone or a small type of bi polar disorder but a very trim chance of that
Answer:
Bipolar is much worse than you describe - with bipolar, you brood over suicide for months at a time, can't go to work or school, can't get out of bed. Then when manic, you buy 2 dozen shirts in the same color and not even your size because they were on sale and a good deal, and you just blew your rent money on them. Or in my case, I was a graduate student, very poor, and blew almost a thousand dollars on gold and silver jewelry, and I rarely wear any jewelry. I bought a many rings, and I chew my nails really short, and rings look terrible, but they were pretty! I had phone sex with strangers, and i am a prude. another thing you see with bipolar is tremendous swings in the amount of sleep you need - like 12 hours or MORE when depressed, and 4 hours or much less when manic. The moods generally last weeks to months, even though some people do cycle faster. Usually that’s when the cycling is provoked by antidepressants, but not always. Untreated bipolar is disabling, not just moodiness, so I think you only have the ADHD.
