Will my doctor detect my short bulimia?

i was bulimic for a short time (3 months) i have received counseling and don't do it anymore. but this day i have to go to the doctor for coughing and a runny nose. do you think he’ll be able tell i was bulimic?

no… but i was bulimic for 7 years and my dentist knew when i was in my third month..
but regular doctors wont know..
