Well i have been diagnosed as a psychopath or what ever you want to call it because they tested me and checked out my brain and all of the shiite and they also sed to me and my foster home that still have a lot me to happen to me and stuff because im at the begin of all of this so yeah but they sed to mwa if they find me getting deeper/ killing ( dno ) they can just take me away just like that and put me into a mental home, and there like allready taken me to c some people and all of that crap what i don't get.
But what they also sed is that's its not safe for me to be in the same home and normal people as they quoted what i would say is bullshit for now.
Any ways this all started of because my so called friend caught me doing some think what im not going to state on here because most people are going to find it rong in there eyes.
But what i wna now is that can they take me away if i do somethink rong and put me into a mental home and 2nd are they allowed to me me out my own foster home which iv been there for my hole life and yeah iv allways wanted to know what it would be like with no life to hold.??????

Depending on what it is that you do wrong they can put you in a hospital or jail. If you’re a threat to yourself or others, yes, they have the ability to take your freedom. Yes, they have the ability to take you from your foster home, again, if you are a threat to yourself or others. So I guess it is all up to you. A psychopath knows right from wrong, they just don't care. You can decide to do right because you don't want to go to jail/a hospital, or you can do as you please knowing someday that's where you’ll be.

Well yes, they certainly can “take you away” if they find out you're doing something wrong. No offense, but whatever you did in the first place must have been pretty bad to warrant that kind of reaction and treatment. Just try to steer clear of doing “bad things” and do the ideal you can with your treatment.

Usually people check themselves into a mental hospital, but you could be forcibly taken in if anyone thinks that you are a danger to yourself or anyone else. Sometimes the police can section you if they have reason to believe that you are going to injured someone.
It's probably not a good idea to tell anyone about being a phsychopath because it'll give them a greater excuse to put you in a mental hospital. But if you want to go to a hospital then you could do, i've been and it's quite nice really. It could stop you being anti-social and stuff, depending on how psycho you’re.
