I’m on meds and see a counselor but I think I just found the ultimate aid. Laughing babies on Youtube.com!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was laughing myself to tears!!!! What a great way to start the day!

Yes I'm also doing that..watching funny videos and movies every time I feel depressed but you can also try other things like exercising and meditating. Meditating helps to remove stress and depression and its not that hard to meditate.
