Why is this happening to me?

I have this little voice in my head state to me while i am listening to my ipod if you don't skip this track something bad will happen to you or someone, it freaks me out.

I don't know why the voices are there.

I also have bad dreams and in the mornings i don't feel good and I’m not as happy as i use to be.

Please help me

“little voice in my head” does this mean you know it's in your head, not real? If you know it's not real, I'd state you’ve OCD. That's where your brain states bad stuff to you but you know it isn't rational.

Dont use any drugs and dont drink alcohol. Tell a doctor and they can help you.

I have a really good friend who has schizophrenia and she takes meds and she’s fine.
