While sleeping?

I don't mean like sleeping, waking up, and immediately writing it down to remember it like that.

I mean, while sleeping, I want them to be more vivid. Is there anything to do, like drink or whatever?

I read mugwort tea works before sleep? Anything of the sort?

I was doing a reseach project about dreams, I discovered that waking up slowly is a good way to remember dreams. If you never want to forget a dream, that's when you should write it down.

WHy would you wana remember your dreams becuase if you get a reall bad nightmare like i did they never go away you always remember them
