I'd tell all the people in my life that they mean somthing to me and that I love them.

Then I would kick all addictions by getting help.

And then I would probably seek out ways to build character, and to be a better person.

Like charity and helping people or something or other.

I would see a psychologist to speak to. Also, exercise a LOT! It really helps with depression, which is what it sounds like you've got.
