Someone told me that one has greater chance of getting psychosis when you have personality disorder…And like I always worry if there something wrong with me (my looks, my eyes, my teeth etc…) Is this a personality disorder where I care too much about myself and not others and this gives me psychosis?

Answer:
Cluster A personality disorders (Paranoid, Schizoid and Schizotypal) can be premorbid for schizophrenia. You do not refer any symptoms of these kinds of personality disorder. Being excessively concerned with physical defects or imperfections that others cannot see may be body dysmorphic disorder. It is not a psychosis.

Answer:
There are no personality disorder fitting the description of your behavior , and personality disorder do not give psychosis later .

Answer:
No one can tell you based on this description. If you feel as though your worrying is interfering with your life, please seek out a therapist or counselor.
