What do I do?

I've been very stressed and having a lot of anxiety lately. I have no one I fully trust to talk to expect my dad and he's not listening and I don't feel comfortable talking to my mom. friends are out of the question. I may have friends but I don't trust them. None of them. What do I do? I feel like my daily living is getting interrupted by my emotions.

Talk to God. Ask Him for help. He loves you and will help.

You should try building a relationship with a teacher you trust…they can give you forward advise and help and you would be surprised on how willing they are to help you…plus they may not be to harsh on you in school.

i was in a situation like this.

i had more problems than stress.

and i used cutting as a way to resolve it.

i still do.

its an addiction.

i hate myself for it.

and all i am saying is that i hope you can find a way for you that does not result in injury to yourself or anyone else at all.

i DO hope you find a way.

uggh i use to feel the same

way. sucks soo bad. & i pushed

my only friends i could talk to away

all because the way i felt affected the way

i acted. so i felt like i had no one.

i know you dont want to talk to the friends you

have, but i did even though we werent close.

i just started to hang out with them more &

eventually without knowing it i would open up.

if you really have a lot on your mind, itll come out

with just talking to people you like. :]

just be careful. bottling stuff up is never any good.
