I am really ticked off at the moment because I am competing in a strength training contest agianst this guy who is 6'2 and 224 lbs of fat and some muscle. I’m only 5'11 and 76 kg of pure muscle and its really putting me down because the larger guy is always making fun of me and in the gym and saying “I could snap you like a twig and “You will never be as strong me”.

Can I have some advice to even the odds agianst this guy? Maybe he’s just destined to be larger than me?

Answer:
You aren't pure muscle and he isn't all fat. (seriously if that were true both of you would be dead)

Why don't you stop playing childish, petty tiny competition games? Just move on with your life and ignore him. If he's making fun of you it' sbecause he's insecure. (don't turn around and do the same because it shows him that you’re insecure as well.)

Also weight lifting competitions between regular joes isn't something that you should do. You can get hurt pretty bad then everyone wil be making fun of both of you and one or both might end up in surgery.

(I got a hernia from bench pressing too much weight)

There’s a lot of guys like that who always state the same and then when you confront them, they're charlatans and they aren't able to break a twig.
Just be smarter than him. ;D
Luck,Julis.
PS:i'm so happy, you're back at myspace. :D

Answer:
That moron is nearly obese, his BMI is nearly 29 (30+ is obese). Just poke him in the flubber and make fun of him for being fat.
