My friend said she had sex in a hot tub, and they used a condom. Would that work? I would think that the sperm and stuff would get out and would be like floating around in the water, making it not effective. Any thoughts?

YOu should NEVER EVER EVER have sex in a full body of water. The shower is okay and standing out of the water is okay but NEVER have sex while you are in the water.
The penis basically is a piston when it's thrusting, and it forces water into the vagina and it can cause water to get into the cervix or the fellopian tube and cause serious illnesses.
The sperm can leak out, just like any over time, but that's not the problem that needs to be worried about.

There's a chance the water was too hot, but I doubt it. Although, the sperm will have probably been burned to death.
