I'm 15 years old and 135 at 5'7. IS 3,000 calories good enough to gain muscle and not fat? I'm taking a 1,000 calorie weight gainer is that bad or good? Should I take half as serving before my workout and half after wards?
Answer:
Full grown men are only supposed to take in 2,200 calories a day. So I would think you would need to take in about 1,500-1,800 a day.
