I woke up with a spot on my left arm, what could had been the cause? its itchy as well.? its a little bit red around and a little bump in the middle.I don't have any pets so it cant be fleas.it's only a single spot.

This could be from a bump, scrape, infected pours, infected root of a hair, bug bite… or simply your body has just produced to much oil and made a spot their! Just wash it, use some antiseptic cream and it should with no doubt go soon.
If it doesn't, which is very unlikely, you can go and see your GP.

Its just a hive or something, I actually woke with something similar on my thigh, kinda like a white swollen bit surrounded by a red patch that is really itchy.
Its nothing.

it could be Poison ivy but more than half of the time its a ringworm. i wouldn't say its worth to much stress but get a second thought and medicated Cream and i think you'll be fine

it could be bed bugs if you have a lot of cracks in your wayys but it could also be a spider bite if it is bed bugs you will need to get your room fumagated
