Hoe did you get it, what was your routine and please be very specific on what i have to do to get one, i have a four pack but im not really satisfied, so please help.

Focus on your “routine” for a six pack on your diet. Abs are made in the kitchen they say. If you’ve any fat whatsover covering your abs, they will not be visible, period. Abs are actually relatively simple to train into great shape, but with any fat just won’t show. People who have a six pack showing have a very low percentage of body fat and/or have fat distributed other places besides their belly. Find any good core training routine and focus on healthy diet and losing fat.

theres a workout called P-90X. it ripps the hell out of each inch of your body. you can but it online. it costed me $60 from a friend, im guessing ittle be around $100 on the site, but dude, im only six weeks into it ( it lasts 3 months ) and im more shredded than ever

I worked out for nearly 14 months before i had the six pack i really wanted. I could see it forming around 10 months. I was pretty skinny to start with (6'4″ 160 pounds) i did about 300 sit ups a night, not all at once. I did reps of 50 for about 2 hours.

i actually am skinny 6'2 and 150 lbs and i have one because my body fat is low so my abs arent covered up by excess body fat.
