What can I do to stop razor burn?

I’ve always had trouble keeping my face totally clear after shaving and i always break out around my jaw line. also need to figure out hot to get rid of dry spots around nose and my skin peels.

I used to have the same exact problem. I started using Lab Series For Men Razor Burn Relief Ultra. It is definitely a little on the pricy side. About $30 for the large bottle. But it works wonders!! I also stopped shaving against the grain of the hair. Shaving with the grain definitely helped as well.

You should use a hot towel on your face and let it sit there before you do any shaving so the hair and skin softens.

Use a shaving cream that has a moisturizer in it or even a soap. Also, use aftershave because it kills any germs that can cause an infection. It might burn, but it works.

Ive had the same problem for a good bit. First off try to get a cream that will help maybe something from like aveeno or some such. Second get a good razor blade something like the mach 3. Most importantly stay away from cheap blades.

I like witch hazel followed by aloe gel. The witch hazel stops the irritation and the aloe gel helps the irritation and deeply moisturizes.
