I am a 19 year old male…and still no puberty!?

I've got no facial hair, dry orgasms, and the same high-pitched voice I had 5 years ago! Worst yet, because of my look and voice, people at my job think I'm a girl! Really, about half of customers we get think I'm a girl! It's totally embarrassing, and I'd say my self-esteem is, well….at the bottom of the bucket. Not only that, but when erect, my penis size is about 4 inches. So apparently, there's nothing I have the ability to do to rush puberty, but should I be worried?

I think it's time to see a doctor. He can do some stuff to help jump start your development cycle. I have had friends who had their sons treated for this and it was very effective.

You need to go in and see a doctor, as this is outside the range of typical. They may consider giving you some hormone therapy. Get in to see a doc, get on track so you can be yourself and get that self esteem back on track!

my gr.9 science teacher said he had a student who went through the same thing. and then he came back after graduating and he started puberty because the physician put him on some sort of treatment. you could probably do that. i forgot what it was, but you have hope!

You definitely should see your doctor or better yet go to an endocrinologist. By 19 you should be well into and near the end of puberty. Could be hypogonadism which can be easily treated but you need to know for sure.
