I'm about 6'1 and 135lbs last time i check was about 2 weeks ago. I'm skinny bone body type. Body type like a receiver. I have a athletic body and not anorexic… I'm trying to get a six pack so, i don't want any stomach fat, but i'm concerned about my weight. It's very light weighted. What can I do, to make my weight go up? I don't want to get fat. I want to be built like a wide receiver type of body

The only way to bulk up without getting fat is to do a body building routine.
This is going to include a weight training regimen as well as a high protein diet. The diet does not need to be high in fat or sugar, but you do need lots of protein and complex carbs. Also, choose exercises that will get the most work out of your muscles.
