you need to masterbate mainly because your vas deferens (where sperm travels) will swell and tear. Biologically, you keep producing sperm and will continue to produce well into old age and it has to go somewhere. it doesnt magically disappear. The only way you may orgasm is with a wet dream. A sexually arousing dream will cause you to orgasm in your dream and you’ll simotaneously ejaculate while sleeping. Most men stop having wet dreams at 16 years old. I reccomend watching the motion picture Zeitgeist.
