I Have what looks to be a second meatus I just want to know have any of you seen it before? is it normal? will it go? will surgery fix it? I've been looking round on the web but I didn't find anything at all! help please

I doubt that a second meatus will just go away…if it is functional, would urge you to see a urologist, he could tell you your options.
Answer:
You don't tell your age, but I'm surprised that your parents haven't addressed this problem before now. Why not just go to the doctor?
