What is the best workout if you can only do one? Running, jogging, walking, biking, or working out in a gym?

Well of the options given you'd want to work out in a gym because that would provide you with a more holistic approach to strength training. The other options focus mainly on your legs, nowhere else.
It also depends on why you want to strength train and weather or not your're just trying to tone up, build muscle weight, lose weight, or train for a specific sport.
If you're training for a sport then if you're a runner you should practice running, if you're a cyclist you should work on riding a bicycle.
If you're trying to lose weight then go for the bicycling and do a lot of uphill rides.

Well i go to the gym and i run 1-2 k as a warm up then i do the rowing machine or watever then wieghts.. after that i take a break then run again this gets everything in and im never tired after it so yh good luck

You really need a combination of both cardio and weight training for max results. If your knees are ok jogging would be good, but if you have any knee problems I would suggerst walking, biking or swimming
