I recently had a SCI, does anybody know if pills such as: viagra, or cialis help at all…or somehtin else?

i've tired viagara…100mg tablet didnt work out so well

and i recently tried cialis, 20mg showed progress for aboutt 10mins, then nothing after that—im assuming thats its because its the first time its been in my system.

i only have two 20mg tablets of the Cialis left…so should i take both and see what happens, or try to find somethin else that might work, such as injections, implants stuff like that.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had an injury. Unfortunately, Viagra, Cialis, etc., are vasodilators that increase blood flow to the penis to enable an erection. After spinal cord injury, there may be enough nerve damage that increased blood flow is not going to solve the problem. You may consider talking to a urologist about a penile implant or other therapies.
